Welcome to His Remnant (HRM). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, messaging services, livestreams, online gatherings, and digital communications. By accessing any HRM platforms or consenting to receive messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using the HRM website, livestreams, digital Bible studies, communication platforms, or providing your contact information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

3. Messaging, Texting & A2P Compliance
His Remnant uses text messaging to provide ministry updates, event reminders, prayer alerts, Bible reading resources, small-group communication, and pastoral care notices.
Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from His Remnant.
Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on your level of engagement (examples: prayer call reminders, event notifications, emergency updates, Bible reading notes).

Information Sharing Compliance
In accordance with A2P regulations:
HRM does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

By entering areas where photography or video recording occurs, you acknowledge that:

If you wish not to appear on camera, please notify onsite leadership so accommodations can be made.
8. Children & Minors
Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of minors participating in HRM activities—online or in person.
HRM does not knowingly collect data from minors without parental consent.
Minors should not provide phone numbers or opt into messaging services without parental approval.
9. Health-Related Information Disclaimer
His Remnant teaches health principles based on Scripture and biblical lifestyle practices.
However:
HRM does not provide medical advice, diagnose, or treat medical conditions.
Information shared during sermons, health nuggets, Bible studies, or digital content is for educational and spiritual purposes only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
HRM services—including livestreams, digital communications, and website access—are provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, His Remnant is not liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Losses resulting from website or livestream interruptions
Issues arising from use of messaging platforms or digital services
12. Volunteers & Service Roles
HRM is a volunteer-driven ministry. By participating as a volunteer:
You agree to serve in a manner consistent with Christian conduct
You acknowledge that volunteering is at-will and may be concluded by either party
HRM is not liable for injury or loss incurred during voluntary service except as required by law
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless His Remnant, its leaders, volunteers, and service providers from claims or damages arising from misuse of HRM platforms or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination of Access
His Remnant reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to messaging services, livestream chat, online groups, or ministry platforms if these Terms are violated or if conduct becomes disruptive or harmful to the church community.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nez Perce County, Idaho, USA.
Any disputes shall be handled through the appropriate courts in this jurisdiction.
16. Modifications to Ministry Services
His Remnant may modify, suspend, or discontinue digital services, messaging programs, livestream capabilities, or website functions at any time.
Significant updates will be communicated through appropriate channels.
